I spent over two years trying to get a P. O. A for my wife and myself and kept being told it was in hand by a local solicitor. Whilst waiting my wife suffered with dementia and was not eligible to agree aP. O. A. As a. Result I turned to Paul at E. M. P. Who had drawn up our wills many years before and asked his advice. He immediately made enquiries and found that no P. O. A was registered in our names. As a result I requested him to change my will and to obtain a P. O. A. For myself which he did and I cannot thank him enough for the advice and professional service he gave me.
